While we’re experiencing an inventory shortage for the resale market, there are still options available. Plus, 2018 is expected to be a year of growth.’s housing forecast predicts Kansas City will be one of the first cities to recover from the shortage.

While there are limitations with resale inventory, that’s not the case for new construction. There’s a healthy amount of inventory, offering home buyers the most options.

As the exclusive Realtor for four new construction communities, there are options for every home buyer. While inventory is low for the resale market, new construction is a healthy market with more than 5 months of inventory available in the Kansas City area! Rosewood Hills offers plenty of affordable options. Stone Canyon is a golf course community with a higher price point, and Sonora Valley provides maintenance to homeowners.
