We always offer complimentary home staging for our sellers, utilizing our large warehouse filled with furniture, home decor and other design inventory to completely stage even the emptiest of properties. That said, sometimes we have homeowners who aren’t quite comfortable with outside property being placed inside their vacant homes. In those cases, we offer a phenomenal staging technology to enhance their listings. It’s called “virtual staging”, and it helps accomplish the same goal: allowing buyers to envision the property as their own!

How virtual staging works

Virtual staging uses technology to insert appropriately sized furniture into each room of a home. It gives every space a purpose (think, “what would I put in THAT nook?”) and provides the proper perspective for the sizes and dimensions of each room.
