For most of the browsing services on the Site, Keller Williams and Sally Moore Real Estate Team do not require your personal information. There are portions of the Site where we ask you to provide information about yourself. The information that you may be asked to provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, and address. To view properties, you need to sign in with an account. You can create an account with your name and email address. Your phone number is optional. We also give you the option to use Facebook and Google to sign in and view homes. This third-party login is managed by My Listing Manager. They receive your public profile information and email address and share that information with Sally Sells Moore.

If you use the Site to inquire about a property or contact a real estate agent, broker, or office, the information you have provided may be shared with Sally Moore Real Estate Team or another Keller Williams real estate agent, broker, or market center.

How we use the information

Keller Williams and Sally Moore Real Estate Team use the information they collect (whether submitted by you or automatically collected) to respond to your requests, to provide you with information that we think may be of interest to you, and to operate their business. Keller Williams and Sally Moore Real Estate Team may also disclose your information to their affiliates, agents, and third-party vendors and service providers working on our behalf. We take technical measures to protect against the risks of unauthorized access to, erroneous disclosure of, and unlawful interception of Personally Identifiable Information. You should know, however, that Keller Williams and Sally Moore Real Estate Team cannot fully eliminate such risks.

In addition, Keller Williams and Sally Moore Real Estate Team may disclose aggregated data and statistics to describe the Site to prospective partners, advertisers, and other third parties, to improve and market its products and services, and for other lawful purposes.
