Sally and Dee did a great job! On our first visit, they came with a binder filled with helpful information including several area comps, and suggestion on selling price. They were accurate in their assessment on things we could do and things that they didn’t believe would be issues or worth ‘fixing’ in order to sell our house. One great service they provide, is home staging! Even though we had totally moved out, they still managed to make the house look inviting and homey with pretty accessories and wall hangings. Prior to moving out, they ‘staged’ for the photographer with our personal furniture and decor. The online pictures of our home, made our house look so nice and inviting, that we second guessed our decision to sell! Once the house was on the market, they set up two open houses. Also, we were alerted about each and every showing request, and feedback after the showing. Both Sally and Dee were awesome in how prompt they responded to any questions that came up throughout the process. When the offer came in, they worked with us through that process as well. I would recommend them, and actually did so while we were in the process of getting our house listed. They listed and sold our friend’s home during the same time period as ours!
