I had worked with Sally Moore when I was looking to buy a home some years ago. I had such a pleasant experience buying my home with her, I was definitely going to work with her again when contemplating selling it years later. Sally and Dee Harding came by my home for our initial meeting and their assessment, seller’s advice and walkthrough of the process gave me the confidence to list my home right away. Their efforts and hard work paid off. I had a lot of activity and inquiries and before I knew it my home had sold. For anyone who has sold a home, the inspection process can be stressful. Their team totally exceeded my expectations by going the extra mile as if they were selling their own home. It went smooth and happy to say stress free. To say Sally and Dee sold my home would be an understatement. From the beginning they gave me a sense of comfort that I’ve never experienced when selling a home. They set reasonable expectation levels, thoroughly explained our plan and provided a service level beyond compare– all with the most professional of attitudes and the biggest smiles on their faces the whole time. When I am in the market again for a new home, there will be no question whose help and expertise I will be going back to. In the meantime, I highly recommend their team to anyone buying OR selling since I’ve had great experiences with both!
